I have over 20 years assisting clients in obtaining unemployment benefits.  Service
provided includes analysis of your case, preparation of client for IDES interviews,
preparation of documents for hearings, representation of client at hearings, and
other tasks to assist the client in obtaining their benefits.  All this for a flat fee.

USUAL STEPS IN GETTING UNEMPLOYMENT:
 1. Client fills out initial form at IDES after all wages are paid
 2. IDES sets up a time for their Claims
      Adjudictor to interview Client
 3. Clains Adjudicator makes a decision/
 4.  If either the Client or the Employer loses, they can appeal
5.  This appeal is a TELEPHONE HEARING run by an Administrative Law Judge.
The Hearing is run like any other Civil Case in a courtroom.  Illinois Rules of
Evidence and Illinois Rules of Civil Procedure are followed.
 6.  The decision from the Hearing  can be appealed to the Board of Review and
       then on to Circuit Court.

NOTE: these 6 steps are the usual process.  Many times there additional steps.
